Registration and Fees
Online Registration is now open for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Please note, the transportation form is online again this year. If you answer “yes” to transportation for your child, you must fill out all information requested including requested stop locations and transportation contact information. Email addresses are now required and will be used for creating your parent account in the BusRight platform allowing you to receive updates regarding your child's transportation. Computers are available in the office for families to register. Please call ahead at 815-942-5970 (dial 1 at the attendant) if you are coming to use an office computer. If you need assistance with resetting your PowerSchool password or have other issues with online registration, please reach out to techstaff@sd60c.org.
New Kindergarten Student Registration
If you have a child who will be 5 years of age by September 1st, 2026 please reach out to Amy Waldron through email at awaldron@sd60c.org with the following information:

She will then follow up with you in regards to setting up a registration appointment for the 26-27 school year.
New Student Registration (1st through 8th Grade)
If you have a child who is a new student to Saratoga (1st-8th grade) please complete this New Student Registration form. After the form is complete it will prompt you on the confirmation page to set up a registration appointment day/time. Please reach out to Amy Waldron at 815-942-5970 if you have any questions.
Preschool Students
If you have a child that is age 3-4, they could be eligible for one of Saratoga’s preschool programs. An Early Learning Screen is required. Once completed, the results will be sent to our school, and we will reach out to you from there in regards to having an open spot for your child or if they will be placed on our waitlist. Appointments fill up fast, so schedule yours today!

School fees for 2026-2027 can be accessed via PowerSchool beginning July 1, 2026. Instructions are linked below.
Early Childhood/Dev. Kindergarten: $ 67.50
Kindergarten through 5th Grade: $135.00
6th, 7th and 8th Grade: $160.00
K-8 1:1 Tech Fee: $50.00
Graduation Gown: $24.00 (approximately)
Lunch Account: $20.00
- (Student lunch $4.10; extra milk $0.50; Adult lunch $4.60)
- (Student breakfast $2.00; Adult breakfast $2.50)
Extra-Curricular Fee: $50.00 per activity
- $250.00 family activity maximum fee;
- $ 50.00 per activity volunteer fee*;
*Volunteer fee will be returned upon completing assigned volunteer job.
Optional Student 24-Hour Accident Insurance Coverage (Extension): $125.00 – $275.00
