  • Students will need to check their volume prior to entering the test as the volume cannot be controlled within the test.

  • Students will log off the computer and go to apps to select the test nav application

  • They will need to choose Illinois (If they make a mistake click on person in top right corner and choose a different customer

  • Students should not use the arrow keys to scroll. It will change their answers.
