Tips and Tricks

Students will need to check their volume prior to entering the test as the volume cannot be controlled within the test.

Students will log off the computer and go to apps to select the test nav application
-
They will need to choose Illinois (If they make a mistake click on person in top right corner and choose a different customer
-
Students should not use the arrow keys to scroll. It will change their answers.
